The apartment is clean and modern.

...but the building itself, where the apartment is located, is visually unappealing. You are met by the neighbors, who also look after the apartment. The neighbor lady is nice, but her husband ruined the whole atmosphere; he smoked right by the open apartment door and kept angrily shouting and gesturing in his own language. He created a very uncomfortable atmosphere during our stay.
