    A pleasant overnight stay at a well run B&B, ideal location for NEC with great off road parking.

    Despite my late booking, the arrangements and contact with the hosts was most helpful and welcoming. Instructions to the property and about facilities/services were clear, and the on site parking was really good. Its location was ideal for my attending the NEC the next day. Because of my early start, I ordered (the night before) the grab n go breakfast, which was ready made for to pick up in the early morning - quite tasty too.

    It was the first real cold evening of the autumn, but the host said to me on arrival that if wanted more heating in the room to let them know, which i did need to do. So pre-empting a potential negative. Thanks
