Great location for attending balloon festival. Nice breakfast. Clean rooms.
Price was ok for the first day but I didn't realize it jumped another $100+ the next day and then another $100+ the following making it way overpriced. At that point I would expect a small bar onsite at least.

Our stay was wonderful…
The hotel was the perfect location for the Balloon Fiesta. We were able to watch the Dawn Patrol and Mass Ascension from outside as well as inside…best view from inside on the 4th floor near the elevators!

It was a nice stay overall.
Good location for Balloon Fiesta. Room was big. Breakfast was good. Shower was nice and strong.
We could hear the rumble from the ice machine - very annoying. I wish breakfast could end at 11am instead of 10am. Could have used more lighting.
