Staff, location and room size was pleasant.

    Location and comfort

The couch in our room was gross and we did not use. Numerous stains that appeared questionable and unsafe.

The rooms were clean and great location to where I was going. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

I didn’t like the train noise late/early morning, it made it hard to get good sleep. I also didn’t like I asked for hand towels at the front desk and I was told they will deliver it to my room and I never received them. Lastly, I didn’t like housekeeping knocking on my door at 9am when check out is at 11am.
