    Unknown extra charges

    They charged me an extra $122 during our stay without telling me what it was for. I just saw the charges on my card, and they were already posted. I called the hotel, and they said they would call me back about that, but they didn’t. I tried calling again after a week and got no response; the AI didn’t transfer my call to the front desk. I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member, and this is the first time I've experienced this. This is very unacceptable!
