    I felt this hotel was too nice to be managed so poorly. The dog chsrge was $100.00 which too me was too high condiderim

    The property was very clean and located close to where my appointment was located.

    The facility advertised a pool that was not open all thee days with no adjustment in charge to compensate for lack of pool. The room temperature when we got there was set at 60 degees and the wall thermostat did not work. Finally after talking to the desk with no solutions , I found I could adjust the window unit to 72 degrees and had to play between heat and cold to maintain 72 degree temperature.

    Soyguna uğramış hissediyorum , defalarca ve alakasız miktar kartlarımdan para çektiler , booking de mesajlarına cevap ve

    Tesis bana çok kötü bir finansal deneyim yaşattı ,

    Rezervasyonu booking ile tesiste ödeme yapacak şekilde yaptım . Girişte kendi onayları ile, booking e kayıtlı kartımdan farklı bir şekilde ve vergi ve 200 usd depozito dahil peşin ödedim . Otelden ciktktan sonra aynı gün , booking e kayitli kartımdan 675 usd daha çektiklerini fark ettim. Sonraki gün otele gittiğimde resepsiyondaki yaşlı kadın otelin yanlış çekimi yapmayacağını söyleyerek kötü davrandı . Bookıng e şikayet yazınca ilk ödeme iptal oldu , ancak bu defa banka otelin işlemlerini şüpheli görüp kartımı bloke etti, oysa seyahatimde kullanıyordum . Daha sonra tekrar fazladan çekim yaptıklarını gördüm . Son derece can sıkıcı , maliyet iki katına çıktı ve kartım bloke oldu. Hiç muhatap yok ve bu çekimler bizzat otel tarafından yapıldı. Bankaya itirazlarımı yaptım, halen ülkeme dönmedim ve kesinlikle bu otelde kalmanızı önermiyorum , tatil zehir oldu
