    Fantastic staff, great tasting and wide variety breakfast.

    Outstanding service from Markel and Carol saved our weekend! On 10/3/2026, my friends and I booked a stay at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Frederick, Maryland, for a girls' weekend. We had just been forced to leave our previous accommodations due to a terrible stink bug infestation, but we were determined to keep our weekend of fun going. In our rush to rebook at SpringHill Suites, I accidentally reserved a room with one King bed and a trundle bed—which obviously wasn't going to work for four adult women! Even though I tried to fix it seconds after booking, the system wouldn't let me cancel, and a phone representative told me there were absolutely no rooms left with two Queen beds. In absolute desperation, I spoke directly with Markel at the front desk and explained our dilemma. She was incredibly kind, empathetic, and understanding. She asked me to call back in 45 minutes, promising that if there weren't any cancellations, she would find a way to help us out. When I called back, she had completely taken care of it, and a room with two Queen beds was ready for our arrival! When we arrived, both Markel and Carol were wonderfully welcoming, pleasant, and accommodating. The entire staff was great, but these two incredible ladies turned what could have been a disastrous trip into a fun, flawless weekend. Their level of service goes above and beyond; they truly deserve to be recognized for their efforts."

    PLEASING great 3 star experience

    Staff are very willing to help and atmosphere is GOOD you can sleep well at night as it was at east for my stay very quiet.

    Nothing which one shouldnt expect at a 3 star hotel.
