Not what we expected from a Marriott. This one was a dis-appointment!
EXCELLENT BREAKFAST.
Our reservation was for 2 queen beds. When we got there the two receptionist were busy chitchatting and we were the only client there. They didn't even acknowledge us! Finally after 20 minutes of wait she assigned us a room on the 1st floor which what we requested. The room was not cleaned, the beds unmade, glass and trash everywhere from the last client and it was already 6 PM. So I went to the front to inform her, and without apology she made us wait for almost 1 hour before we were given another room. No apologies given and she didn't even smile. She end up giving us a king bed but we wanted 2 queen separate bed!!!! she told us take it or leave? Our room was prepaid!!! Bad customer service!! We drove from Pagosa Springs to this hotel and we were tired! We have always stayed at various Marriott but this is the worst that we have ever been. Management should train your people of better customer service. Those two are unprofessional!!

Not the best for the price.
Bed, pillows, shower, staff
Elevator did not work. No one was available to help with bags. According to a regular client the elevators are a problem ; he books a room on the ground floor. No allowance was made to the rate for the inoperable elevator.
