    The hotel's location was extremely convenient, particularly its close proximity to the venue I was attending. The overall appearance of the property was very nice, with a welcoming and well-maintained atmosphere. Additionally, the staff were professional, courteous, and accommodating throughout my stay. These were certainly positive aspects of my experience, and I appreciated the hospitality extended by the hotel team.

    Unfortunately, during my stay, I discovered what appeared to be a bed bug on the bedding. This was extremely concerning and disappointing, as cleanliness and guest comfort are essential expectations when staying at a hotel. While I understand that these situations can occur, I believe it is important that this matter be taken seriously and addressed promptly. I hope hotel management will thoroughly inspect the room and take the necessary corrective measures to ensure future guests do not experience a similar situation. Overall, this discovery negatively impacted my experience and confidence in the cleanliness of the accommodations.

    Great and comfortable

    Brilliant location to downtown and the outside pool. Additional the rooms are spacious and the breakfast good.

    Had to ask for room cleaning! Not sure why this wasn’t done more frequently, particularly emptying bins etc
