    Fortunately...some of the staff..very kind and helpful. They deserve a raise.

    The staff was pretty goid after the 'check in' associate was able to go home...long day for her it seemed. Not much info offered about how to keep the lights on in the room with the card. The charge for " INCEDENTALS" is an UNETHICAL business tactic. Using your "floating" funds to capitalize on Marriots gain. Interest earnings for monies not spent by ypur guests is not acceptable.. If I want to buy anything fro. Uour overpriced store I will let you know... The room was nice. Although...the channel selections were not suitable for kids..even the commercials. The continental breakfast was good! The 'incedential" charges lost me as a future customer, unfortunately. Corporate Greed.

    Overall very lovely. A little pricey for a one night stay just to go to the airport early.

    It was clean, beautiful, spacious, quiet, luxurious.

    I was expecting to have a nice long bath. 😭
