It was gross and hairy.
Nothing
We booked a two-night stay for $297 but ended up checking out early because of the cleanliness issues and how poorly everything was handled. We had to switch rooms because the first room wasn't clean. In the second room, I found approximately 12 hairs between the sheets. I called and specifically asked for the bedding to be changed, but instead, someone brought us clean sheets, and I was left to change the bed myself. It was already late (past midnight), and we didn't want to move rooms for a third time. We stayed that night but checked out the next day because we weren't comfortable staying any longer. The hotel refunded the night we didn't stay, which I would expect, but only offered a $20 credit for the night we actually stayed. What made things worse was calling afterward and being told I had supposedly refused other options and volunteered to change the sheets myself. That is completely untrue. No one offered to change my bedding. I understand mistakes happen, but clean bedding should be the bare minimum, especially at a Marriott property. The $20 credit was disappointing, but having the situation misrepresented was even worse. I expected much better from SpringHill Suites and would not recommend this property.

Muy limpio
La piscina es muy pequeña y no tiene baño afuera. La habitación tiene poca iluminación. La persona que nos atendió en la recepción para el chequeo de entrada no fué muy amable
