    The rooms were super clean! The Staff was great except for the night time maintenance person Bill!

    The only thing I did not like is the fact that Bill was very rude to me and my children! The doesn't close until 10 pm Bill kept harassing us to get out of the pool starting at 9:27pm! I had to redirect Bill several times from speaking to my children in an adverse way because I had one autistic child, and I had already started giving the children the countdown of how many minutes they had left! He was so RUDE and overstepped his boundaries! I told Bill he should never direct his conversation to people's children like that if he was gonna speak to them in that manner and while the parent was literally right there! Bill really upset me because he came in there and didn't acknowledge any of us by saying a greeting but he could speak to my children by yelling at them to get out the pool and it hadn't reached 10 pm, and without even building a report of common courtesy by saying "hello" 1st! I have never been treated like this by any staff person at any Spring Hill Suites until I encountered BILL!!!
