    Excellent 👍

    Towels ran out in pool often.. That's only complaint.. Excellent property, excellent staff. Extremely quiet.

    There was no stay!

    Nothing to like about it, did not get to stay.

    Upon arrival 6 hrs after check in our room wasn’t near ready! What in the world happened? When we book through booking doesn’t the hotel count us for the night or days? Ya somehow have a miscommunication or something else. They claim they over booked and underestimated how many people was booking. Front desk Wendy tried her best to stay calm because there was many other family that had the same issue. Wendy mentioned a 20 minute wait, so we waited. 20 min later I went to open my room door, I thought I walked into someone’s room! It did not even get touch! It was late, kids tired. So Wendy said it’s ok if we cancel. I better not get charge for anything.
