    HORRIBLE !!!!

    This place is horrible and that's saying it lightly.....NO room service for the entire week....went to front desk to ask for towels and they were extremely RUDE....we were on a tour bus and they were supposed to get our luggage to the lobby and failed to do so....and the food or lack there of was unbelievable.....the bagels and muffins were frozen.....and they ran out of food daily. They KNEW the tour bus was coming as reservations were made in June. I would avoid this place at all costs it was horrible. If I could give it a negative number I would.
