    Unprofessional and unacceptable

    Nothing. Even though I had a confirmation email they didn’t honor it They told me I didn’t have a reservation even after I showed the manager my confirmation email. And said they were completely booked. I had to find another hotel for my 2 day stay in Columbus for work. They offered me no help. I will never stay at another Marriott property again. I’m a Bonvoy elite customer and was treated unprofessionally and they were of no help to me what so ever. I’ve never been treated so rudely as I frequently travel for work. You should be embarrassed by the lack of service I received Then the manager lied to me when I asked for her supervisors number. She said she didn’t have their number

    They made it easy

    The Staff, The Transportation was helpful. If I had to run an errand to the bank, grocery store, etc they were available. Laundry was accessible and convenient. I overstayed . I hope they don't or didn't mind
