Excellent staff, clean facilities with comfortability, poor communication with renovations and inconveniences.
The beds were so comfortable, showers were spacious, clean and the staff were exceptional!
We were not made aware of the renovations until we got there. Then everytime you stepped off the elevator there was a bad chemical stench. We were also not informed that we would have to go to a separate hotel for breakfast prior to our arrival. Pool was extremely tiny and cold and the ice machines did not work.

Close proximity to the event we were attending.
The hotel was under major reconstruction. We had to walk to another hotel for breakfast. Should have a reduced rate for the stay.

I was not notified that the hotel was under construction. The hallways were filthy. The elevator was broken. The shower in our room took close to 20 minutes to get warm. Every single noise from the hallway was able to be heard in our room. Terrible stay.

Other than the sofa bed bedding, everything else was great.
Excellent. Gida was very friendly and helpful.
The bedding for the sofa bed smelled bad. It smelled like it hadn’t been washed.
