Very clean and spacious rooms. Well equipped

No hot water on my last day and no compensation and not at all bothered. Then booked in for complimentary shuttle to the airport which they proceeded to cancel so I had to get an uber

This was an excellent location close to the airport. The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly.

Close to the airport; the room was large and comfortable

The hotel was fine but parking/shuttle for the airport was not as expected/represented.

The location and proximity to RDU was why we chose this hotel.

Our flight was at 7am but the airport shuttle didn't start until 7am. The website needs to be updated as this is very misleading. Also, I specifically asked prior to booking the room about parking. I've stayed in this hotel before and kept my car there for my trip at no charge. For this stay, I was told that the hotel now charges $15 per day to park. It is cheaper to pay to park at the Economy lot at RDU, so we did that rather than pay $15 and have to find a way to the airport for an early morning flight. I will look for another hotel for my next trip that provides shuttle earlier and allows for free parking. Please update your website so this will not be a surprise for future guests.
