Needs better management and trained staff

Clean and spacious rooms. Good location. Ample car parking.

Did not get the booked room. Booked for room with 2 beds for 4 people but got a room with 1 bed and a sofa. No similar room was available. Poor management of rooms. Though compensated but not adequately. Untrained reception staff. Took 25 minutes for a customer check-in but still unsuccessful in completing. Restaurant buffet was not supervised leading to empty food trays, coffee flasks, long waiting time and unwanted crowds during breakfast.
