Spurs n Lace is a restored 1885 Queen Anne Victorian home that presents a cozy atmosphere of a bygone era. Nestled at the base of Pikes Peak, the home has antique light fixtures, stained glass windows, a crystal chandelier and turned-spindle staircases. A stately wrought iron fence surrounds the Inn, and the landscaped yard and gazebo suit weddings and vow renewals. It is three blocks from the heart of Old Colorado City, within walking distance of restaurants, boutiques and historical sites.

    Pikes Peak & GOTG

    Nice, convenient location for Pikes peak and GOTG. Sunflower room is a bit tight. Good breakfast.

    Owner Arlene makes so.e wonderful breakfasts. The 130 year old building was charming.Quiet, easy to get to locatio .

    The house is in excellent conditon with mementos of its past and Arlene is a provides lively conversation on the history of the surrounding area. The Spurs and Lace is in close proimity to unique shopping, dining and Garden of the Gods. A very enjoyable stay.

    The owner was very friendly and I enjoyed the friendly cats outside. The Heritage Room was a little small for the two of us but we needed a room with a chair so that made it seem smaller. It might be more comfortable to have a room up on the second floor instead of the first because as you come out of the room, the dining room is right there. Overall, it is a very good price for the bed and breakfast with a very pleasant owner.
