    Ams, dirty kitchen, disappointment

    Leider gab es im Buchungsprozess verdeckte Kosten von etwa 30% für die Reinigung. Eine Reinigung fand allerdings nicht vor der Anreise statt. Ameisen, verstaubte Möbel und klebrige Kochstelle. Leider gab es keine Unterstützung vom Vermieter oder durch Booking.

    Exceptional

    the location is a little far from city centre but the stations are close , shops are close and food is good in the local are , would definitely stay again if in Tokyo

    Great location. Great value for money

    Location was close to train and bus. Quite a few dining options, and a great onsen a few minutes walk. The spa. Beds comfortable.

    Could do with a few more kitchen utensils but have let them know. Hopefully they oblige. Kitchen needed a bit of a wipe but wasn't too bad.
