    We made the booking through phone and they sent the details as whatsapp message.They asked extra amount at the time of checkout which was more than what already said. Had to talk a lot to the hotel staff regarding the final amount. First they said 1800 for extra hours then 1200 and last settled at 600. They said 300 for 5 hrs extra at the time of booking and at checkout they changed it. We were from kerala we didn't know telugu and then we called one of our telugu friends and then settled the issue.They weren't accepting the whatsapp message they sent already. The room, facilities and location was decent. Ac water was leaking inside the room which was a mess. But overall the room was decent. Only issue was this amount clash at time of checkout.
