    Vacances en famille

    Le service est top, ils sont aux petits soins, ils essaient toujours de bien faire et de satisfaire les clients. L'accueil avec le verre de bienvenue est appreciable. Nous sommes arrivés à 1h du matin et ils nous avaient mis des fruits dans la chambre, ils nous ont également proposer d'aller chercher à manger si nous le souhaitions. Le buffet est varié. Les piscines sont bien et l'aquapark est super, les activités journalières sont sympas. Les chambres sont spacieuses, il y a des produits d'hygiène (savon, gel douche, shampoing, crème pour le corps).

    Il n'y a pas d'ascenseurs du côté ou nous avions les chambres, ce qui n'est pas pratique avec des poussettes. Les démarcheurs qui proposent des activités toutes les 5 minutes sont pénibles également. La plage n'est clairement pas la plus belle du coin.

    Incroyable ! Je recommande

    Les structures sont supers, la nourriture aussi et les activités pour les enfants ne manquent pas. Durant 1 semaine nous n’avons pas manqué de nouveauté.

    Un peu loin du port d’Hurghada donc pas idéal si vous faites beaucoup de sortie.

    The staff and facilities are brilliant, the food was good and the rooms are spacious and clean.

    The breakfast is just ok, I have had much better in all inclusive before. The mall area is ridiculous, they need to force the shops to have set prices and not allow this haggling system. It's a tourist hotel, people don't want to be ripped off by the store staff.

    Het was onze tweede keer in dit hotel, maar niet onze laatste!

    Eten en service was erg goed. Vriendelijk personeel en professioneel toezicht bij de waterfaciliteiten.

    Het reserveringssysteem van de a la carte restaurants liep niet heel soepel
