    Great stay and would welcome the chance to return.

    Great location and facilities. Very well appointed and felt like the owners had thought about making the stay as welcoming and as easy and enjoyable as possible. The robot mower did a great job of maintaining the grounds too!

    Could have done with more lighting, especially in the living and conservatory area. It would have been handy to have baking trays for the oven, but everything else was there!

    Honestly, we loved everything about this home. Its located out in nature, just a 5min drive from the castle. We saw so many stars in the night sky. The house was clean and wonderfully decorated.

    The bed in the downstairs bedroom really needs a new matress, but other than that the only thing we didnt like was that we couldnt stay longer.

    We spent a very enjoyable week in beautiful surroundings.

    The cottage is well-located - just a short walk from Bamburgh - and is very comfortable. The communal facilities (including a tennis court, gym and hot tub) are great added extras.

    While not an issue for us, the property is one of several onsite so may (when fully booked) be too busy for those seeking a quiet break.

    perfect break in Northumberland

    location, the comfort of the cottage, grounds well, kept great facilities

    could do with a chopping board, black out curtains upstairs bedrooms, more shelving in the bathroom & a proper tea pot
