lovely break and good for a short stay.

location to beach is great and the beds are comfy. en-suite is great also. very good kirchen utensils.

bathroom towels are very disappointing. take your own. caravan is a little cramped also. only one adult and two kids but it’s small. difficult caravan to find within the site during the day. suggest take a torch for dark nights as well.

It suited us very well for short 2 night stop over to see St Andrew's

The location was perfect to be able to enjoy St Andrew's in a quieter setting than in the town. Beautiful views of St Andrew's and the North Sea. The caravan was well equipped for our stay and the host welcomed us with some tasty treats, which was a nice touch.

I had to wipe up dirty shoe prints from the main bath and I wasn't so sure that everything was cleaned well between guests.
