A Fantastic and relaxing escape!
Fabulous! This was my second stay at this exceptionally superb Bed & Breakfast! The unique and authentic 19th Century décor, the clean, comfortable and well-appointed rooms, the warm traditional welcome with a pot of tea, and the breakfast were fantastic! It is a short walk to the seafront in St. Leonard's on Sea, and also close to the train station. The garden was also beautiful. It was a real pleasure to stay at St. Benedict Bed & Breakfast, and I look forward to a return visit.

Magical once in lifetime experience
The building and interior were absolutely beautiful and took us back to a bygone world of beauty and calm. The setting was peaceful and we loved the communal dining room where we were able to talk to other guests. The setting encouraged conversation and a slow pace.

Terrific Victorian atmosphere
Greeted with tea and cake which was a lovely touch. Friendly welcome from Aleksandr. Such attention to detail in the decor and in finding the right artefacts for the whole building! Brilliant breakfast, locally sourced ingredients. Loved chatting with other guests round the breakfast table. Didn't explore the garden on this visit.
Watch out for the bus services: a bit tricky to come to grips with.

We loved the authenticity and history of staying in a house normally only seen if you visit N. Trust
Delicious, proper breakfast set out on sideboard. Beautiful authentic decoration throughout, in keeping with the Victorian period. Gardens were fascinating and also stunningly beautiful.
