    A very comfortable place to stay within excellent location .

    We loved the location of the flat being so near many attractions . The flat was warm , comfortable with very good kitchen appliances and utensils . The extra space of a terrace was a bonus .

    Sometimes we found it difficult to to access the door with the keys . Gave us a couple of scary moments , thought the key may have been sticking as the bottom lock was sometimes difficult to operate . Possibly needs attention .

    Very comfortable flat full of light in great location.

    Great location, close to restaurants and the lanes. Very well equipped, comfortable, spacious, clean, light and airy. A great place to stay in the centre of Norwich. Good communication with letting firm, they emailed several times to make sure that everything was okay.

    Not a problem for us, but people should be aware of the narrow, steep access stairs. Delivery lorries outside from 5.30am. Despite of these minor points a brilliant stay!
