Lovely, comfortable and friendly hotel with amazing views

We were very happy with our 3 night stay, which was intended to be a time for quiet relaxation and unwinding - and fulfilled all our expectations. Room immaculately clean and comfortable with great views over the bay. All staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was varied, and hot food was properly hot. Evening meals in the restaurant were delicious and beautifully presented. Our one concern was that the hotel was quite chilly on one of our evenings. I don’t know how much this might have been to do with it being an extremely stormy night or whether there was a problem with the heating. It was certainly too cool to enjoy sitting in the bar after dinner. We appreciated that the bedroom had the option of an additional heater, which was very welcome. We will certainly be back.

    A favourite for sure!

We love SBBH so much, as its always such a pleasure to stay. We loved our room. The food outstanding and we received fabulous service throughout. Definitely a favourite for us and we cant wait to come back. Awesome to see it so busy on a wet and miserable weekend in January, which speaks volumes on how much people love it there!

A gem of a shop with helpful and friendly staff!

Big shout out for the two great staff at 1823 Cellar by Randalls, St Brelade, they were both so courteous when I went in regarding a problem with a Gift Card. Their friendly and helpful service together with the well presented wine stock will definitely cause me to go in again. How have I not discovered this great little shop before 🤷‍♀️

Old fashioned charm with wonderful modern facilities

Like many others I used to holiday at the St Brelade's Bay Hotel throughout my teenage and young adult years. I went back to spend Christmas at the hotel after a 28 year absence. The wonderful thing is, it has changed and moved with the times and yet everything that made it special was exactly the same- wonderful location on what must be one of the best beaches in the world, an old-fashioned elegance and charm, delicious food but, most of all, excellent service which made you feel like an invited not paying guest. I'm definitely not leaving it another 28 years!
