The room wasn’t clean, furniture wasn’t clean, dirty carpet, and furniture was broken. The room had not been dusted. The shower was disgusting. Thank goodness I travel with bleach cleaner and Lysol. The hotel front desk employees were rude and unconcerned. There was what seemed to be mold on the curtains in front of the air conditioner. No one told us that the doors would be locked after a certain time, which is understandable; however we went to multiple doors attempting to get inside. When we called in to see how to get into the building, the front desk clerk was rude because it seemed like we disturbed her sleep. Linen wasn’t fresh and towels were unclean. The advertisement stated that there was a restaurant on the premises, but it was not open for business on the Friday upon our arrival and was closed at our checkout. The website is extremely misleading.

Definitely not a five stars hotel !
The building was nice, the location was ok
No restaurant or bar in the hotel, the floors in the room were dirty, room service was once every 3 days or upon request if wanted more often; the « upon request « service was actually just an exchange of the towels , if they didnt forget; we even had to go ourselves to thé reception one day with our dirty towels to have some clean ones. Definitely no five stars hotel except for the price!
