    Second time here and just as good as the first.

    Three minor maintenance issues. No dish washing capsules for the dish washer. The hose on the upstairs shower needs to be checked the connection to shower head. The electrical plug near the balcony is a bit loose.

    Great base for a weekend away!

    Great place for a group of friends to enjoy a weekend in Dunedin! The kitchen and dining area was spacious and well stocked. The living area was cosy and the mix of bedrooms upstairs and downstairs was ideal for our larger group.

    The driveway was very steep, but we received clear instructions advising us of the fact, before checking in. If arriving in the evening, the parking spot is unlit, but close to the house.

    The views are as good as the photos suggest especially the upstairs bedrooms. The house is very well equipped with all the kitchen stuff you need. Heating in the living space was very good. Great place for a family - especially in the warmer months.

    We came during a cold period and it was hard to keep the bedrooms warm - there are heaters but the house is old and a lot of heat is lost throught the large windows. The parking is funky but adequate - read the parking desciptions/instructions carefully.
