  We did enjoy the location of the cottage but felt it fell short of the standard we would expect for the money.

  Lovely large cottage with a big garden, great location with a 2 minute walk to the coast for stunning views.

  Although a very spacious cottage, there are a few tweaks/upgrades that we felt would make this a stunning cottage we think it once was. We arrived just after 4pm check in and the cleaner was still there. She was running behind but not a problem as we didn’t have to wait long, she left and even came back with toilet rolls, kitchen rolls and a pint of milk which was very kind of her! Our main observations were: Windows unable to open in lounge and back bedroom Window unable to close in main bathroom- husband used a hammer to fix and close! Curtain hooks in back bedroom fell off when closing curtains Cobwebs everywhere- window sills/walls Windows need cleaning The utility room had paint pots all on the worktop , which looked a little unprofessional Kitchen needs a deep clean, crockery, cutlery,cupboards, together with the upholstery. The garden, although stunning needs cutting back and a general tidy, especially at the front.

  Lovely place

  Lovely location, lovely dining kitchen and garden.

  Garden beautiful but overgrown, blocked shower on our arrival, washing machine not working. Communication from host not timely.

  Beautiful, warm, cozy and comfortable. All you wish for.

  Everything. The house is a dream come true, the garden a fairytale. The Location is perfect, of course if you seek calm and adventurous locations. Situated 200m from the cliffs where you can see the most beautiful sunset and conveniently located near the south west cost path and Tintagel in walking distance. In a nutshell, warm, cozy, beautifully located and a garden where other people probably would charge money for to see it.

  Not much. The only thing worth mentioning is the kitchen utensils and dishes which where not spotlessly clean, but to be honest thats everywhere where you rent a privately owned home with guests beforehand which didn’t take care as they should have. A quick wash is all you need and you are good to go. No hassle.

  We really enjoyed our stay

  Lovely and quite House was lovely

  Missed not having a tumble dryer It was a little cold and the storage heater didn’t work in the lounge

  Was a wonderful stay with my siblings

  Location amazing right on the coast path, lovely bright house/garden, sheep walking through the garden every morning

  The smallest bedroom had a musty smell like when washing hasn’t been dry right
