    Sive at front desk was particularly helpful.

    Minor observation but room and bar area could be a degree or two warmer.

    A lovely hotel with a great atmosphere, an excellent breakfast, and very comfortable beds.

    The heating in one of the rooms wasn't working, and the shower drain was draining very slowly.
