  We were very disappointed with our stay. When we arrived, we needed the travel cot for our 2 month-old baby. It was hidden in a small storage room that was extremely messy, with towels and other items piled everywhere. The travel cot was difficult to find, its parts were in separate boxes and scattered on the floor. We called the property manager four times and never received a response. In the end, we had to find and assemble it ourselves. The mattress had been left on a dirty, dusty floor, making it completely unsuitable for a newborn. The apartment was also not clean. The carpets were stained, the towels were dirty, and there were dead insects by the windows. For a 4-night stay costing over £1,000, we were surprised to find only 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 washing machine tablets, and one rubbish bag. We expected much better. We have stayed in many holiday homes before and have never experienced anything like this. The only positive was the location. Looking back, we would have been better off booking a hotel for this price.

  Weather was fantastic accommodation disappointing

  Spacious and amenities inside property were good.

  Windows were dirty and basement window was permanently open on ground floor. Property was on a very long steep hill down to the beach not mentioned beforehand. Garden area looked in need of renovation.

  Die Zimmer waren relativ groß und die Badezimmer relativ modern. Das Bett im kleinen Schlafzimmer war gut, das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer nicht

  Es war nicht sauber zur Check in Zeit. Wir müssten noch 49 Minuten warten aber leider war die Unterkunft immer noch nicht sauber. Die Terrasse zb war voll mit Unkraut, Vogelkot, der Boden im Haus war fleckig, wurde also nicht gewischt, die Laken der Betten hatten teilweise Flecken und das Bettzeug stank nach Schweiß.
