    Excellent stay perfect host and brilliant location

    Everything was excellent lovely room and the breakfast really did set us up for the day! Gwen was the perfect host and Luna was lovely. The B&B was in a perfect location and we could walk to Sandringham House from there.

    A perfect weekend away

    The property was a wonderful old fashioned house full of character, the local village was also lovely with easy access to the beach (10 min by car) and the local Sandringham estate. Our host Gwen and her dog Luna were also wonderful. The room was comfortable and very homely.

    Parking was a bit tight, but acceptable. But this was a minor issue.
