    St. Lazarus

    Staff. Very strange apt, but clean and tidy. Love place inside the house, open space with tables and chairs.

    Location is prime and have stayed before in various rooms..what I found this time was communication was poor....TV remote nw batteries, air con couldnt seem to lower speeds

    Communication poor Tv remote nw If you struggle up stairs book well in advance and ask this was my first room 201 ok 102 poor

    First floor rather than second.

    Got locked out yes did receive new code but why change mid stay meant I finally got in 1am. I reported no hot water on Tuesday and nothing done, so no hot shower in evening nor following day so not happy...no response to my texts nor on site again communication isssues and no staff on site to help... woke today again used switch waited 30 mins nothing also pressure in flat 20%. I checked other switches and tank no lights on at all. I shall be asking for refund on 102 because of this but also I do not think this flat studio is of standard see images...also shower frame head frame is dangerously low thus hit head few times... I don't know what has changed as said stay before,rave to all about this gem but you have to have better easier communications when it goes wrong and have to upgrade this room.
