    The general location and the property layout overall. Being on the ground floor as the added advantage of not climbing stairs with luggage etc. Pool was directly accessible from our unit that opened onto the garden.

    Unit needs some minor attention to small things. Loose door handles, unstable shelves in the kitchen badly shredded doormat for example and a bit of paint here & there to cover blemishes would enhance the generally very neat unit!
