Adequate.
It had everything you needed in the kitchen, nice hot shower. Packed a lot into a very small space.
No sink in the bathroom which is a bit off putting. Also it’s quite noisy due to it being a downstairs apartment. The floorboards were very creaky when the upstairs tenant walked about

Comfy warm spacious bolt-hole for one
Very comfortable bed with good spare pillows. Perfect for one.
No bathroom basin, so you have to clean your teeth and wash your face in the kitchenette sink. The ceiling is not sound-proofed. I was woken up at 6am by the people upstairs.

A really beautiful place to start my journey in the Orkney though quite expensive
The place was very comfortable and I enjoyed being on this end of the island. Communication with the owner was very swift and helpful. I really appreciated everyone’s kindness when I had a few small. Issues with my car.
Unfortunately, I got in on the late ferry, dinner was over and the next night booked out. Might be good to Offer in the pre stay notes a booking as I actually had no food and had driven most of the day They were very kind at the pub and made me a small snack Thank you
