Great Location!
The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach! It’s only a 1–2 minute walk from your room to the beach, which makes it super convenient for enjoying the ocean anytime.
What I didn’t like was that the room felt quite dark, with lighting coming only from the kitchenette and the bedside lamp. The room also had an old, musty, or dusty smell that made it feel less fresh. The location was great, but the room itself could use better lighting and improved ventilation or a thorough refresh.

Convenient location to beach, cozy and very clean room. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly.
Cozy, clean, comfortable
No coffee pot or coffee which used to be provided. Next time I’ll bring my own now that I know. I will still stay here.

I love the location. It was few walks from the beach. I love that I walked to see sunrise. Love that restaurants n beach were so close
I hate that this place does not have parking. I paid over 100 for parking at next door hotel.

Very content with this property reason why I keep coming back!
The location is perfect right next to the Broadwalk, the beach, Margaridaville, bandshell, restaurants, bars, grocery store. You can’t have better location. The staff also do nice and helpful specially Laura at the front desk/office she is soo nice and gets out of her way to help and make you feel comfortable. The hotel has also a couple bicycles, which is also a huge plus.
