    Great for a week away in the country.

    Angus is a very welcoming host and always happy to spend time giving advice on places to visit. The cottage is well positioned for visiting local attractions (Lindisfarne, Bamburgh, Wooler, Ford, Etal, Berwick and many others).

    The weather could have been better - but we can't expect our hosts to control that.

    Exceeded all expectations

    Angus was very helpful, good local knowledge provided. Very quiet rural location, beautiful garden. Everything we needed as lodge was well equipped. Will visit again

    Highly recommend!! Beautiful place!

    The perfect location for a getaway! It was quiet, peaceful, and gave us a much needed relaxing time away. The coast was a short distance and there were some really lovely villages nearby. Angus was the perfect host and the accommodation was spacious, clean and very inviting. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to go back.
