    Relaxing

    It was not clean. Mold on the filler in bathroom Human hair on bedding which was poor quality A large accumulation of dust and hair on skirting boards throughout property Not even a sachet of coffee provided when charged over £230 per night

    Peaceful and comfortable stay

    Good location , peaceful area with access to some nice low level walking areas Good facilities including a nice full size bath as well as a shower Views from the dining area upstairs with bedroom downstairs Garden area to enjoy with loads of wild rabbits Various walks from the property

    Had to put dogs on lead whenever they needed to go out as communal garden and only a small enclosed area for them to be allowed off lead

    Access roads. like most of the Lakes, are narrow but worth it for the final location.

    Excellent base to explore the area. Accommodation not very relaxing
