  One of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had – absolutely not recommended

  Our review would have been less negative if the host had responded to our concerns and tried to help. Unfortunately, despite contacting the host several times about serious problems with the refrigerator and the shower, we were completely ignored. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The refrigerator was full of water and had to be cleaned before we could use it, while several glasses in the kitchen cupboard were visibly unwashed. The entire apartment had a strong smell of dampness, with visible mould and damp stains on the walls. The living room window could not be opened, making it impossible to properly ventilate the apartment. The shower was another major problem. The door couldn't be properly closed and water also leaked from other joints, leaving a large puddle on the bathroom floor after every shower. We reported this twice, but received no response. The towels were extremely thin and worn out, and there was almost no proper storage for clothes for four people. The breakfast table was defective, with a loose leg that came out of its fitting. The bathroom ventilation fan automatically runs for around 15 minutes after each use and cannot be turned off, which was particularly disturbing at night. Overall, the apartment is poorly maintained, with dampness, mould, water leakage and inadequate facilities. However, the host's complete lack of communication made the experience even worse. We gave them several opportunities to address these issues, but we were simply ignored. We genuinely feel we did not receive the standard of accommodation we paid for. We are deeply disappointed and cannot recommend this property.

  Extremely disappointing and potentially unsafe accommodation. There was extensive damp and what appeared to be mould across several walls, particularly along the skirting boards and directly beside the bed. The dark patches and moisture staining were not limited to one small area—they were visible throughout the sleeping and living spaces, as shown in the attached photos. Sleeping so close to these affected walls made us seriously concerned about the possible health risks, especially for anyone with asthma, allergies, or other respiratory conditions. The property also appeared poorly maintained, with damaged and dirty walls, loose or broken fittings, and a dirty ventilation unit. These conditions were completely unacceptable for paid accommodation and did not match the standard we reasonably expected from the listing. This property requires professional inspection and proper treatment of the underlying damp problem—not simply cleaning or painting over the affected areas. I would not recommend staying here until the mould and maintenance issues have been fully resolved. Please look carefully at the attached photographs before booking.

  Generalnie słaby standard ale z opcją tylko na nocowanie da się przeżyć.

  Obiekt położony w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko centrum. Jest możliwość zaparkowania.

  Bardzo ubogie wyposażenie. Brak worków na śmieci, za mało papieru toaletowego. Bardzo skromne umeblowanie - trudno się rozpakować. Brak stołu przy którym można zjeść posiłek.
