Im Sommer zu heiss
Lage und Ausstattung waren top. Sogar Sonnenschutzcreme mit Lichtschutzfaktor 50+ wurde ins Bad gestellt! Gegen den Verkehrslärm gab es wirksame Schallschutzfenster mit der dazu passenden Lüftung (2 Wandventilatoren mit mehreren Schaltmöglichkeiten).
Draussen hatten wir Sonnenschein mit über 30 °C, drinnen am Tag auch, trotz zugezogener Vorhänge. Draussen sank die Temperatur nachts deutlich unter 20°C, drinnen nicht unter 27 °C. Das war entschieden zu heiss. Die Gründe sind einfach: die Sonne schien lange auf die Fenster. Es gab keine Aussenverschattung, nur einen Innenvorhang. Es gab keine Kühlmöglichkeit, nur die oben erwähnte Lüftung. Querlüftung funktionierte nur bei geöffneter Appartmenttür über den Flur, was in der Nacht indiskutabel ist.
