    The property needs major improvements in cleanliness, safety and bathroom facilities.

    The host was friendly. The bed was comfortable.

    HERE A SUMMARY: 1/The property is situated between old buildings, which creates an unpleasant setting. 2/The wooden stairs were roughly painted, did not appear clean, and were very steep, especially at the top. 3/The toilet is on the ground floor, which is inconvenient and potentially unsafe at night because of the steep, noisy stairs. 4/The property is not suitable for elderly guests or people with reduced mobility. 5/The kitchen was not clean enough; dirt was visible around the edges of the cupboards. 6/The bathroom was extremely small, and the toilet was positioned awkwardly next to the washbasin. 7/There were stains, mould and dirt in several bathroom corners and basin. 8/The shower curtain was very dirty. 9/The shower fitting was attached using a toilet hook rather than a proper shower holder, which looked improvised. 10/There was a spider web on the top floor. 11/Sound insulation was poor; neighbours in the adjoining unit could be clearly heard talking and using the stairs. 12/One of the towels smelled very bad. 13/The property was overpriced and did not offer good value for money. 14/There was an uncovered opening behind the television, which felt unsafe and made the room uncomfortable.
