The owner and the neighbours are really bad.
Nothing
The owner put hydrochloric acid and other toxic chemicals in the apartment.and he still told the neighbours (upstairs and downstairs) spray them , especially at night they spray alot of them,the whole apartment have weird smell . The sprayed them outside of my window and outside of my door. They put them in tap water because the tap water have that smell too. Really bad people.
