Disappointing. Unable to gain access and overpriced on GNR weekend.
Spacious property, comfortable beds, generally good facilities.
On arrival keys were not in the key safe as they should have been - it was late and took a number of phone calls to gain entry as the property manager did not answer the phone. We sat on the doorstep for nearly an hour. Stayed for Great North Run weekend and price was ridiculously higher that weekend, so poor value for money. Property had not been vacuumed, although bedding was clean.
