Bad experience, old not working hotel
The property is very old, not accessible at all ( we had to go up 4 floors of stairs) the heater didn’t work and the room was freezing
We arrived late and they didn’t provide access information to the room, so we had to wait in the rain outside the hotel until they answered us in the intercom. The virtual receptionist wasn’t able to provide a key so they gave us a digital one that expired after a few hours. The room was in the fourth floor, my dad had difficulty getting up there as it was a small and circular staircase and very low ceiling. And the worst of all the heater didn’t work and they couldn’t come to fix it, so the room was freezing, they didn’t even have extra blankets for us. Very bad experience, not worth the very expensive price

Great location with welcoming hosts.
Fantastic location. Welcoming & helpful hosts who carried our luggage upstairs even though we knew this wasn’t an included service. Free maps & coffee station. Quality supplied toiletries.
A small bar fridge in room would have been a nice addition.
