    Great for a one-night stay

    Great location, plenty of parking (we came separately in three cars), comfy accommodation - beds and sofas. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Handy to have tea/coffee supplies in each room. The breakfast (additional charge) was delicious and just what we needed after a morning swim! Easy 10-minute walk to the nearby taproom for beer and pizza.

    We had some problems locking the front door to go out. The property didn't feel very clean in places. Provision of a corkscrew and bottle opener would be handy (though hosts quickly lent us a bottle opener when we asked!)

    Beautiful and peaceful location outside of Bakewell.

    The location was beautiful and private, being outside of bakewell itself and only a short walk to Thornbridge brewery which was out main requirement. The provided breakfast in the morning was comprehensive and set us up for the day out hiking. Andrew & Sarah were very welcoming hosts.

    Lovely accommodation

    Lovely location, convincingly close to Bakewell. The facilities were very good. We only stayed for one night, but would definitely use it for a longer stay. Great views from the garden
