Dirty - would not recommend
Nothing, we left after 2 nights (would have been as soon as we got there but Villa Direct were not available on weekends!)
we booked this property based on the bookings.com rating and previous review however we were very disappointed when we arrived. The property was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The top of the fridge was thick with dust, the oven shelves were dirty with food on them, the outdoor furniture was dirty and we found ants in our food. They batteries in the TV remotes had ran out and the were no oven trays to cook anything on. The toilet in the main bathroom smelt like urine We were due to stay for 7 nights and left after 2 - it would have been sooner but Villa Direct (host) do not respond on a weekend so we were stuck there from Saturday to Monday! We had to go out and buy cleaning products yet we have still been charged $248 for a cleaning fee for 2 nights .. absolutely shocking. As yet, we have received no commutation back from Villa Direct about getting this refunded (or even a portion of it1!) and bookings, com say it is not within their remit to deal with - if no reply after 30 days i will be doing a chargeback via my credit card

Nice villa in great location but in desperate need of a deep clean. Pool was great ince it had been cleaned.
The location was great. Beds were very comfortable. The pool was great once it was cleaned.
Cleanliness - it needed a deep clean. It was not at an acceptable level of cleanliness and we had to go out and buy bleach and ant spray. Mops that were provided were extremely dirty. The pool was filthy when we arrived on the Saturday and no one came to clean it until the Monday. The fridge constantly leaked water. The safe was broken and couldn’t be used. The toilet system was constantly running. There was a very strong smell of urine in one of the other toilets.
