  The pool was completely green so slippery and disgusting, our room was so creaky we couldn’t move without waking everyone up. The door toilet door wouldn’t work, the floor was insanely loud! Very very loud! The staff acted like they hardly cared. Transport for a 3 minute drive to harbour is 100k.. You could hear people’s conversation word for word, definitely would not recommend especially for couples lol.

  Facilities need renovation

  Location

  Not enough facilities. One room has no shower working no toilet flush. 4 room has not working air conditioning they fix later of the day

  Worst experience intercom phone is there but system not working

  Me and my friend two couple had visited this property, The Rooms are worst and unmaintained, changed 3 rooms for different defeciency some are not having proper lower curtain on doors, intercom is totally out of service the reception Guy I can't spell him as manager the arrogant and mannerless telling us to lower voice against there defecient rooms and recommendating us that if you are not satisfied ask to change hotel to your Tour Operator, worst services offered by him nobody to carry our luggage upto rooms, my friend also changed his Room three times and last room bathroom door itself came out I will strictly recommend don't go for this property

  A comfortable stay in Nusa Penida

  Beautiful setting, cute little bungalows

  I stayed for three nights, the staff offered twice to clean my room, the first time I declined and second I accepted but they just restocked water, teas and coffees, I wasn’t overly bothered about towels being replaced or my bed made up but my bins weren’t emptied which was a bit disappointing. It’s set a bit back from the main street (10/15 minute walk down and then uphill so worth considering) but this is apparent from the map, it wasn’t an issue for me but if you want to go out for food it may be an issue. The hotel restaurant food is ok.
