    Dzieci były zachwycone, a my z nimi, głównie z tych powodów: - Urokliwe położony (z tyłu jest taras z ogródkiem i zejście do Drwęcy). - Budynek ma bez dwóch zdań duszę i czuć tu jego historię. - Całkiem spora przestrzeń - Gospodarze są w stałym kontakcie.

    Minusy: - Drzwi - jest niewielka szyba w drzwiach. Dla potrzebujących absolutnej prywatności to może być niewielki kłopot. - Zamek od drzwi - jego obsługa wymaga instruktażu i kilku prób by dobrze zamknąć drzwi.
