It should be someone at the site all day like every other hotel. Not being able to check in on time, for hours is unacce
The location, size of room, refrigeration & microwave.
I booked the room and was suppose to check in at 4, no one was there to check me in. I was waiting outside for almost 2 hours and the host did no accommodations for being so late. It was extremely hot outside and my phone died. That was a horrible experience. The complaints I have about the property is the elevator takes to long and the tub has a slow drain. As you take a shower the water rises to your ankle.
